A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We take all major cards with the exception of American Express. BACS payments can be made if preferred, however please note card details are required for the security deposit pre-authroisation.

We pre-authorise a security deposit, the sum is held by your bank for the duration of your stay and released pending inspection upon checkout. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more info.

Access codes are sent 48 hours prior to arrival via email. This email will contain access codes for the gate and your  property. Your keys will be available in the key lock box located by the front door from 4PM on your arrival day.

In-line with our Covid-19 policies, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available at this time. Please note your gate code will not work prior to your check-in time.

Tew Farmhouse has its own barbecue. Gas and BBQ tools are provided.

The Barns share two barbecues located at the bottom of the communal courtyard. Gas is provided and BBQ tools can be found in the cupboard underneath the kitchen sink in each property.

We allow dogs only. Please see property pages for dog occupancy. 

A £50.00 fee is chargeable per dog per stay. Our complimentary dog pack includes a lead and bowl to borrow during your stay, a grain-free dog treat and dog waste bags.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not supply travel cots.

We can provide highchairs by prior arrangement.

Tew Farmhouse is accessed via its own gated entrance with a private driveway and car park.

The Barns are accessed via a gated entrance with a communal driveway and car park.

All major supermarkets deliver to us. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for our delivery address.

Please note food deliveries cannot be accepted on guest’s behalf, therefore please arrange a time slot after check-in and ensure you are on site to take delivery.
